Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of inFeed, a Shopify app operated by WDNN (“we”, “us”). By installing or using inFeed you agree to them.

The app

inFeed lets a Shopify merchant connect Instagram and/or TikTok, curate posts, tag products, and display a shoppable feed on their store. Features depend on the plan you are on (Free or Pro).

Your account

You must have a Shopify store and authority to install apps on it. You are responsible for the social accounts you connect, the posts you publish in the feed, and the products you tag.

Plans and billing

Free is available without a subscription. Pro is billed through Shopify. Charges, trials, and cancellations follow Shopify’s app billing rules. Uninstalling the app ends Pro at the end of the current billing period as Shopify records it.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use inFeed to display content you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access another merchant’s data.
  • Do not use the app in a way that violates Shopify, Instagram, or TikTok terms.

Availability

We aim to keep inFeed running, including scheduled syncs with Instagram and TikTok. Those networks, Shopify, and hosting can fail without notice. The app is provided as-is; we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific sales results.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, WDNN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of inFeed. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.
