Privacy Policy
inFeed is a Shopify app operated by WDNN. This policy explains what we collect when you install the app and how we use it.
Who this covers
Merchants who install inFeed. Shoppers who view a feed on a merchant’s storefront are processed on behalf of that merchant so the feed can load and, where enabled, so the merchant can see views, clicks, and attributed orders.
What we collect
- Shopify shop domain, session, and the catalog data needed to tag products (product titles, images, URLs, and related IDs).
- Instagram and TikTok account identifiers, access tokens, and the posts you choose to sync (media, captions, timestamps).
- Feed settings, product tags, and billing status as Shopify reports it to us.
- Storefront events needed for feed analytics (for example that a feed or post was viewed or clicked), tied to the shop, not to a named shopper profile we maintain.
How we use it
To run the app: authenticate with Shopify, sync and display feeds, attach products, apply your plan limits, send operational email (such as install or billing notices), and fix problems. We do not sell your data.
Processors
Hosting and storage run on Cloudflare. Billing is handled by Shopify. Instagram and TikTok receive the OAuth connection you authorize. If we use an email or error-tracking provider, it only receives what is needed to send mail or diagnose failures.
Retention
We keep merchant data while the app is installed. After uninstall, we delete or anonymize shop data in line with Shopify’s mandatory webhooks and our retention schedule, except where we must keep a record (for example a billing dispute).
Your choices
Disconnect a social account or uninstall inFeed from Shopify admin at any time. For a copy, correction, or deletion request, email hello@infeed.app. If we process shopper data for your store, you are the merchant of record for that storefront.
